Excellent customer service, clean, spacious suite and comfortable bed. Allowed early check-in at no charge and kindly provided an alternate room when I requested space away from the elevator. Room service from on-site restaurant was delicious. Will definitely return on future trips to Edmonton.
We stayed here for the first time. From the moment we checked in to check out the hotel and the staff were fantastic. The restaurant and lounge are fantastic. Central to everything, walking with ease to Ice District. Hotel is very clean, very updated, and we will stay here next time we come to Edmonton. I would recommend the hotel 100%.
Thanks to the Matrix team for a great stay at the Matrix. Right from check in, we were treated really well and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. This included replacing the suite's sofa with a hide-a-bed for an additional guest. Great job folks. The breakfast buffet was especially noteworthy with the fresh fruit, bacon and cinnamon buns.
Stayed for a weekend away with my husband and friends. Went for a hockey game. Hotel in perfect location to restaurants, arena. Hotel is very clean, staff extremely friendly, beds super comfy, breakfast buffet very good. Would defintely stay again
