Our Hotel takes this matter very seriously and is following public health authorities’ guidance. We follow CDC guidelines and focus on appropriate cleaning and disinfecting protocols. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees is of paramount importance.
HEALTH AND HYGIENE
In response to coronavirus COVID-19, the Hotel is reinforcing recommended measures on appropriate hygiene standards and following the guidance of the CDC and WHO, applicable guidelines of the global and local health authorities, and taking relevant health and safety measures. The chemicals used by the Hotel are disinfectant cleaning products. In addition, we have daily cleaning procedures for all parts of the Hotel that addresses general cleanliness and disinfection.
UPDATE ON RESTAURANTS, ROOM SERVICE & AMENITIES
After careful consideration of the quickly changing circumstances around COVID-19, we have suspended and limited temporarily operations of MZ Lounge and breakfast buffet, our Fitness Centre, hotel Lexus services, and our evening wine & cheese hour on March 18th, 2020.
As always, our top priority has been the health and wellbeing of our guests & associates, and we feel this is the right decision given the current situation. We will be sure to communicate when we are able to offer these services again.
