Free Parking & Valet Parking Services

Parking for registered hotel guests is complimentary (until 4 p.m. day of check out) and conveniently located immediately adjacent to the hotel. Valet parking is available at a cost of $15.00 per day.

Business Centre

Key card access for registered hotel guests on a 24 hour basis. Featuring complete computer stations with printing capabilities and complimentary high-speed Internet access.

High Speed Internet Access in all Guestrooms

Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available in all guestrooms.

Fitness Centre

Key card access to a complete Fitness Centre featuring professional-grade aerobic equipment, free weights, mats, exercise balls and other amenities.

Morning Newspaper

Complimentary morning newspaper delivered to each room daily.

Executive Breakfast Buffet

Enjoy complimentary Deluxe Continental Breakfast each day in Matrix Hotel's Hospitality Suite featuring touch of a button espresso or cappuccino, fresh fruit, assorted Danish, pastries and cereals.

Evening Wine Tasting

End your day or start your evening with our daily wine tasting. Red and white wines of the day are featured. Not available on Sundays.

Refreshment Centre

All of our guest rooms feature in-room Refreshment Centres, stocked with a selection of snacks, beverage and other unique items.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 Noon

Pet Policy

Two pets per room (maximum weight 40 lbs. per pet) are permitted in each guestroom. A $20 fee per pet, per night will be added to the guest room folio and charged upon check-out. It is requested that if the pet is left alone in the guest room that it is kenneled for the safety and comfort of our associates.

Laundry Services

Same day laundry and dry cleaning is available, charges apply.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Speak with our Reservations department to reserve one of our Accessible guest rooms.

Airport Shuttle

Airport shuttle service is available through Edmonton Sky Shuttle.

Limo or Town Car Service

If you are interested in taking a town car or limousine to your destination we recommend Diamond Sedan and Limousine Service.
